For months I’ve been making excuses and putting aside my dream of having my own cake/pastry business. My current job is fun, convenient and i’ve learned so much.. but i’ve reached the point where i’m easily bored and feel that there is nothing new to learn. So just a week ago, I finally had the courage to contact a pastry chef i’ve ben wanting to work with. And today, ironically, was the day I interviewed with her for a baking/pastry position. Nervous and excited, I am ready for this next step… keep looking and don’t settle.
